Only the truth is denied.

I wish that I could write a list of how many people have banned me from leaving comments on their pages.
Quite hilarious really, you hit people upside the head with logic and you get a deviously denied message if they continue with their nonsense. Oh Greenifyme, if you had ever had balls I'd be wondering where they were right now.
So many thin skinned people on DeviantArt.

One more thing, Avatar:The Last Airbender is not the "Zutara" show. The series has a lot more to offer than an imagined relationship concocted by people.

Thanks for the fave!
Your last statement is completely mark and I've only seen this argument come from Zutarians. Seriously, I never hear it from anyone else. Compare Aang from the first episode to the last and the change in his character is evident completely.
Also Aang is the hero whether you like it or not. That can't be changed. Zuko has a big role in the healing after the war but Aang overall has a bigger role.

And please with the Deus Ex Machina crap, it's not true and a total cop-out critique.

Aang is pretty boring. The first episode he's happy, cheerful, innocent and doens't want his responsibility. The last episode, he still wants things his own way. He's a bit more somber, but still he hasn't grown up much in my eyes.

He's the main character, but not a hero to me.

I'd like to hear your views on what Aang makes great. It's just hard for me to see, as I tend to see what people sacrifice and work towards. Aang just seems flighty compared to the others.
Air...Flighty. Fits his personality doesn't it?
By the way, a Zutarian not liking Aang? Impossible.
If you're still scratching your head as to why Ozai wasn't killed then you missed the point of the whole series.

It does, but it fails to convince me that he handles his responsibility well. Haha, Aang isn't so bad, but relative to the characters that surround him, he pales in comparison. For me he does anyway.

The whole series is great overall. The ends seem a bit naive to me, but it's a typical ending I would have expected from a lesser series.
Actually a typical ending would have been some sort of death for Ozai. It in no way diminishes the series as a whole. There are a very small few, including you, who think so. With the addition of Energybending and the completion of Aang's training, he is now the most powerful Avatar in generations.
